sunny afternoon

Just another sunny spring afternoon in Arcadia. Sitting in the backyard, watching the grass grow ...

and the hummingbirds come and go, come and go ...

and the dog, panting in the easy sunshine ...

and the never-ending collar of my cardigan, taking shape stitch by slow stitch

Ah, the comfort of slowness. But, oh, how I wish it would go faster sometimes!!

Lovely! Are you working a specific pattern or did you make it up?

Love your blog! Please keep it going! Did you drop your GreenKnitter site? You had some awesome info there, very educational. I hope you will find another place to share that info. Your photography of the places you go makes me want to be in those places too! Thanks. (found you on Ravelry, many months ago)

Hi! You have a beautiful puppy dog! :)

I found your blog through Ravelry when I searched for the flower trim tank from vogue and I saw that you had a beautiful knit! Did you like the pattern? I hate paying for patterns but that one is just so pretty! :)

I am enjoying watching the progress. I am still not sure how it will all come together. THe collar is interesting......
it is fun to watch it progress, at any pace!

No hummers here. We are happy for the spring robins and a few snow free days!
